In 1980 Mr. Tempel Smith persuaded me to move to his Lipizzan
breeding and training facility in Wadsworth, Illinois to help with the
creation of an American Spanish Riding School.

In 1968 I accepted an invitation to bring Classical Riding to Brazil
where I was offered a four-year contract to create interest in establishing a
nucleus of Dressage with the goal to train future Olympic horses and riders.
In 1972 I came to the US and introduced Classical Horsemanship
to the riders of Friar's Gate Farm in Pembroke, Massachusetts upon the
invitation of the farm owners Richard and Julie Ulrich.
Over the past twelve years I have been bringing Classical Thinking
to a few slelect training centers in Oregon, California, Wisconsin and
Tennessee where it is accepted and championed as a valuable piece of
Equestrian Culture both past and continuing.
